Join Us for a 3-Day Community Event - Featuring Crafts, Art, Food, Small Business, Nonprofits, and More! Whether you're looking to promote your brand, sell your products or simply enjoy the festivities, this event has it all. Be sure to review important details below before registering.​

June 24: Vendor Packets & 1 Parking Pass Mailed

July 9: Vendor Setup 10am-4pm - food trucks parked on arrival starting this day

10am-1pm: Vendor Setup via Ernie Mashuda and Park Road

1pm-8pm from Red Lot only via Progress Ave.

July 12: Mascot Day - Let your mascot roam through the park between 1-4pm!

July 12: Food trucks/trailers can move out around 11:45pm. Electric shuts off 6am Sunday morning.

Teardown Service Registration
$50 service must be reserved and paid for by July 9 - first come, first served. Limited slots available. This service will take place on Saturday, July 12 between 5:30-7:30 PM only. Service includes a maximum of 2 service cart trips. If all items do not fit, vendor will be responsible for transport.
Vendor Services for restock only ends Saturday at 4PM unless registered above for the paid service. Once slots are filled, vendors are responsible for dismantling and transporting to vehicle.
