The spirit of giving is alive and well in Cranberry Township!
On Thursday, November 6, the Cranberry Council of Churches partnered with Inspired Hearts and Hands to pack holiday food boxes for families in need.
Inspired Hearts and Hands is a community-wide coalition focused on sharing abundance and compassion, helping individuals not only survive, but to live with dignity and a sense of belonging. The Cranberry Council of Churches, an interdenominational organization, works to unite local congregations in faith, celebrate church holidays together, and support charitable causes throughout the year.
With the holidays quickly approaching, food drives are in full swing across the community. Volunteers came together to pack and prepare boxes filled with essentials and festive treats, ensuring local families can enjoy the warmth and comfort of the season.
Their collective effort reflects what makes Cranberry Township special: neighbors helping neighbors, faith communities working side by side, and organizations like Inspired Hearts and Hands and the Cranberry Council of Churches embodying the true meaning of community.
