Visitor FAQs

  1. What are the hours of operation?

    1. The carnival, live music, and booths are open Thursday, July 11 from 4-10pm, Friday, July 12 from 4-11pm, and Saturday, July 13 from 1-11pm.

  2. Is there an Entry Fee?

    1. Free Admission to event grounds – Carnival rides, food, etc. does cost extra.

    2. Parking donations will be accepted but are not required for parking. All donations support CTCC's Project of the Year.

  3. What are the Carnival Ticket Prices?

    1. Per ticket price coming soon, $25 ride all day armband for Thursday and Friday only. Carnival games and food vendors will also be on site. Tickets per ride vary between 3 to 5 tickets.

  4. Can you purchase carnival ride tickets with a credit card?

    1. Yes - Carnival tickets and carnival food is available via cash or credit. Carnival games are cash only.

  5. Can I purchase carnival tickets pre-sale?

    1. No – all tickets will be available for sale during operating hours

  6. Where can I purchase carnival ride tickets?

    1. The ticket booth is located at Community Park near the carnival entrance off Park Road.

  7. Where should I park?

  8. Is Parking Free?

    1. Parking donations are accepted, however, guest parking is free. All donations will support CTCC Project of the Year. Guest parking is accessible via Ernie Mashuda Drive from Route 19. Click here to view Parking Map.

  9. Guest Shuttles

    1. Shuttles are available from the Orange, Green, and Yellow guest parking lots in Community Park. Guest shuttle schedules are displayed at pickup locations.

  10. Where is the attendee drop off/pick up?

    1. Guests can be dropped off/picked up near the Vendor Red Lot entrance accessible only from Progress Avenue. Follow signage once arrived.

  11. Where can I register for the 5k?

    1. Registration information is available by clicking here

  12. How much is registration for the 5k?

    1. $25 for Adults, $15 for Children age 6-15, and discounted Team registration at $20 per team member

  13. Can I register for the 5k day of?

    1. Yes – If you register ahead of time, the first 150 are guaranteed a shirt.

  14. When is the Car Cruise?

    1. Thursday, July 11 at 4pm

  15. Is there a rain date for the Car Cruise?

    1. Yes – It will be announced soon.

  16. Are the concerts free?

    1. Yes - Live music is free all weekend long!​

  17. Are pets allowed at Community Days?

    1. No – Only service animals permitted. Dog Parks will be closed that week.

  18. Is alcohol allowed at Community Days?

    1. No alcohol permitted other than consuming at the Rotary Craft Ale & Wine Garden.

  19. Where can I find a vendor I am looking for specifically?

    1. Vendors will be listed at www.yourctcc.org/vendor or in the Program Guide on this website.

  20. Is there a location for general information at the event?

    1. Yes – the CTCC Info Booth is located on Park Road at the intersection of Park Road and Ernie Mashuda Drive, in front of the tennis court.

  21. Is there a women’s nursing station?

    1. Yes – Dutilh Church has graciously set up a private nursing tent located at booth #113.

  22. Is there Handicap parking?

    1. Yes – Handicap parking is available in the paved lot when you enter Ernie Mashuda Drive. Parking Volunteers will direct you to the lot upon arrival.

  23. Are there shuttles from the parking lots to the event?

    1. Yes – Guest shuttles are available from the Yellow, Orange and Green parking lots to the event.

  24. How do I volunteer?

    1. Community Days requires a large number of volunteer support! Sign up at https://www.cranberrytownship.org/1970/Volunteer-Cranberry

  25. What does Community Days support?

    1. Community Days is CTCC’s largest fundraising event of the year! All funds support the Project of the Year. Learn more at www.yourctcc.org/poy
