Attention Vendors - Thank you for registering as a vendor at CTCC Community Days, July 13-15, 2023! We are thrilled to announce that we have over 260 vendors joining us for this upcoming three-day, fun-filled weekend!
PLEASE REVIEW THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW TO ENSURE A QUICK AND SMOOTH SETUP:
- Vendor Packets with parking pass will be in the mail by June 22, 2023
-Vendor Packets will include:
Welcome Sheet, Booth Setup/Breakdown Info, Vendor Parking Map, Vendor FAQs, Rules & Regulations, Park/Booth Map and 1 Parking Pass for the Vendor Red Lot where vendor services will assist.
Vendor Services
Vendor Services (volunteers carting supplies/restock to your booth Thurs-Sat.)
are only available from the Vendor Red Lot.
If you have supplies that need carted to your booth, you must have the materials in the vehicle with the Vendor Red Lot Parking Pass.
Additional booth staff must park in the free parking lots at Community Park.
Community Park Road
Park Road will close promptly at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 13 and will not re-open until after fireworks Sunday at approximately 1:00 AM.
Vendors arriving to setup after 1:00 PM on Thursday must go directly to the Vendor Red Lot for Vendor Services (via Progress Ave.)
All trucks and trailers on Park Road must remain parked until the end of the event on July 15.
Vendor Setup & Vendor Services Schedule:
· Wednesday, July 12:
· 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Park Road Access (Enter at 111 Ernie Mashuda Dr.)
· Thursday, July 13:
· 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Park Road Access (Enter at 111 Ernie Mashuda Dr.)
· 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Vendor Red Lot Only (Enter at Progress Avenue)
· Friday, July 14:
· 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Vendor Red Lot Only (Enter at Progress Avenue)
· Saturday, July 15:
· 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Vendor Red Lot Only (Enter at Progress Avenue)
· Breakdown Services from 6-8PM: Pre-registered or sign up Saturday at CTCC Info Booth for this service. Vendor Services will not be available after 8PM.
· Sunday, July 16 Breakdown:
· Breakdown between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
· You will be permitted to drive on Park Road. No volunteers or vendor services available.
Vehicles, carts, wheeled trailers, etc. prohibited on the grass at all times
