After years in the making, the Armstrong Great Lawn is celebrating its grand opening on Friday, May 16, 2025!
More than just an open space in front of the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, the 2023-2024 Project of the Year is a hub for connection, celebration, and community spirit. This expansive, multi-use lawn provides a gathering space for concerts, festivals, outdoor movies, and everyday enjoyment, thanks to the support of its title sponsor, Armstrong, and multiple other donors.
As part of Celebrate Cranberry, the community is invited to experience this exciting new community space with an evening full of family fun, including a Touch-A-Truck with sensory hour, Local Government Day, food trucks, and activities. A special donor recognition ceremony and unveiling of the Donor Wall will take place at 3:30 p.m. before the main event at 4:00 p.m.
