Join us for the biggest event of the year with over 32,000 in attendance! We are actively seeking craft, artist, food, business, nonprofit, and all vendors for CTCC Community Days! Booths as low as $200 for 3 days!
Important Information and Dates:
June 20: Register by this date to be included in mailed planner
June 30: Vendor Registration Deadline
July 1: Vendor packets with parking passes will be mailed
July 4-8: Check your mailbox for Vendor packet
July 14-16: 2022 COMMUNITY DAYS!
Vendor Setup Information:
Wednesday, July 13: Park Road Vendors ONLY from 9a-3p
Thursday, July 14: All Vendors from 9a-1p
PARK ROAD CLOSED THURSDAY 1:00 PM UNTIL SUNDAY 1:00 AM - Vendors must park in Vendor Red Lot for restocking services
Friday, July 15: Vendor Services from 1p-8p from Red Lot Only
Saturday, July 16: Vendor Services from 11a-8p from Red Lot Only
Local vendors in the alcohol industry (i.e. winery, brewery, distillery) are permitted to reserve vendor booth space for non-consumable sales. Vendors must complete an alcohol permit for non-consumable sales form and bring completed form, photo ID, and $50 permit fee to the Township's Parks & Rec Department by June 30, 2022. The Parks & Rec Department will then issue a permit that must be displayed during event.
Saturday, July 16 from 2-4pm: MASCOT DAY - Your business/organization mascot is permitted to roam through the park, entertaining and taking photos with guests! Clowns, characters, princesses and more are all welcome! Soliciting is not permitted.
Overnight Security of event grounds provided by Marshal Protection.
