Come join us for outdoor fun and excitement! Whether you're looking to promote your brand, sell your products or simply enjoy the festivities, this event has it all. February 5: CTCC Members only - Registration Opens
February 12: Past Vendor/Sponsor Registration Opens
February 26: Vendor & Sponsor Registration Opens
June 1: Vendor & Sponsor Deadline
June 24: Vendor Packets & 1 Parking Pass Mailed
July 10: Vendor Setup Begins
July 11: Event from 4-10 PM
July 12: Event from 4-11PM
July 13: Event from 1-11 PM
July 13: Mascot Day - Let your business mascot roam through the park between 2-4pm!
Eventbrite is the only online booking/payment site for this event. CTCC will never reach out with a payment or paypal link on social media or email. Stay vigilant!

Event Timing:

Vendors are encouraged to remain open all 3 days, however, it is not required as we understand staffing may be an issue. Event pricing is for all 3 days and no discounts are given if you cannot attend all 3 days.

Operating Hours: 7/11: 4-10pm, 7/12: 4-11pm, 7/13: 1-11pm

There will be overnight security on site. Vendors may leave items overnight. We recommend lowering your tent and ensure everything is secure incase of weather.

Food/Drink Vendors:
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO POST YOUR FOOD PRICES AT THE EVENT
If you are selling food or drink at Community Days, you must submit a COI naming CTCC & Cranberry Township as additional insured and email to communitydays@cranberrytownship.org.
